GOLDPEN ONE OS ("GOLDPEN ONE OS," "we," "us") is a brokerage management platform operated by GoldPen Realty Group. This policy explains what information we collect from real estate agents and brokerages using the platform, and how we use it.

Information We Collect

When a brokerage brings an agent onto GOLDPEN ONE OS, that agent's profile is created in the platform as part of standard onboarding. We collect the agent's name, email address, mobile phone number, brokerage affiliation, and transaction/commission records needed to operate the platform. This information is provided directly by the brokerage or the agent during onboarding — GOLDPEN ONE OS is not a public sign-up product and does not collect information from the general public.

How We Use Your Information

We use an agent's mobile phone number solely to send automated SMS notifications about that agent's account status on the platform, including commission tier changes and other transactional platform notifications.

Message Frequency and Rates

Message frequency varies based on account activity. Message and data rates may apply; charges depend on your mobile carrier and plan.

No Third-Party Sharing

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with service providers is permitted only when necessary to operate the messaging service (e.g., our SMS delivery platform). SMS opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Accessing, Correcting, or Deleting Your Data

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting your brokerage administrator or us directly at office@goldpengroup.com or 786-292-5035.
