GOLDPEN ONE OS Agent Notifications Program

Real estate agents affiliated with a brokerage subscribed to GOLDPEN ONE OS, our internal brokerage management platform, agree to receive automated SMS text messages related to their account status on the platform, including but not limited to commission tier updates and other transactional platform notifications. These messages are sent only to the mobile number an agent provided when their platform account was created, as part of standard onboarding and affiliation with their brokerage. This program is not used for public marketing and does not add numbers from any external or purchased list.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on account activity. You should generally expect a small number of messages tied to account or commission events, not a regular schedule.

Message and data rates may apply. Charges depend on your mobile carrier and plan.

How to Opt In

There is no public sign-up for this program. An agent is enrolled automatically when their brokerage creates their profile on GOLDPEN ONE OS and a mobile number is provided as part of that onboarding — only agents with an active platform account receive these messages.

How to Opt Out

Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe from GOLDPEN ONE OS SMS notifications. You will receive one final message confirming your opt-out, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include major US wireless carriers; availability may vary.
